HirePort is infrastructure that connects agency CRMs to corporate ATS platforms. It exposes agency hiring as a set of tools any agent can call over MCP. This page documents what is live, what is coming, and how to connect.

Agentic agency hiring infrastructure, two products
Our platform consists of two core products
PRODUCT 1
Agency Hiring Infrastructure
The API-integrated core. It moves candidate data, chat messages, contracts and agency lists between every Agency CRM and every ATS — the plumbing that makes both sides speak the same language.
Powers both modules below, embedded directly in your ATS's UI
PRODUCT 2
The Agentic Layer
Agents from Agency CRMs and Corporate ATS systems working together on top of that infrastructure — coordinating interactions and handling tasks for users on both sides, over MCP.
Powers both modules below, callable by any agent
What you deploy
Two modules, each shipped through both products — embedded in your ATS's UI and backend, and reachable by agents over MCP.
Where our solution changes the outcome
Same infrastructure, two very different problems. MCP is what lets HirePort's agents adapt to each — precision on one side, throughput on the other
Niche candidate hiring
Hard-to-fill, specialist and permanent roles, where the right agency and the right candidate matter more than speed.
Tier-ranked agency matching
agency.performance.query surfaces the specialist agency with the best track record for this exact role, region and category — not just the first one available
LIVE
Agency benchmarking Q&A
Ask which specialist agency historically fills this exact role type fastest, before you route anything.
IN BUILD
Automated agency expansion
When candidate volume from the current panel falls short, new top-performing agencies are scheduled in automatically to widen access — without waiting for a manual review to catch the gap.
PLANNED
High volume contingent hiring
Dozens of suppliers, hundreds of roles, running at once — where scale and control usually trade off against each other.
IN BUILD
Compliance checks on submitted candidates
Documents from every introduced candidate are checked for compliance automatically, before they reach a hiring manager's queue.
Tiered release scheduling
Vacancies release to tier 1 agencies first and escalate automatically if unfilled — no manual chasing across dozens of suppliers.

Fee & submission tracking at scale
fee.query and submission.status keep brackets and pipeline stage visible across every agency and role in flight.
LIVE
Duplicate-pattern reporting
Surfaces automatically which agencies, markets and jobs generate the most prevented duplicates — turning a safeguard into a live signal on supplier quality.
IN BUILD
What it looks like
Same infrastructure, two different screens — one built for agencies, one built for hiring teams. Both live inside the systems people already work in, not a separate tool to log into.

Agency inbox
Every status change lands here automatically — a candidate rejected, a rating request, a reply from the hiring team — in the same thread the agency already uses to talk to the client. No separate portal to check, no email to dig through.

Live candidate pipeline
Agencies see every candidate they've introduced moving through the client's pipeline in real time — Introduced, Intro Call, Tech Screen, Onsite — updated as the hiring team works, and filterable by job, company, salary and skill.
Frequently asked questions
How long does integration actually take?
12 weeks from kickoff to production.
How much engineering work does this take on our side?
We observe that it takes no more than two sprints. HirePort handles the integration; your team reviews and approves, which only makes our solution available only in the UI/UX. We adapt to your data model; you don't adapt to ours.
How does this affect our revenue?
It's revenue from day one, not a cost centre. HirePort runs on a platform licence model for the Agency Hiring Infrastructure and an outcome-based model for our AI solutions - your customers pay for it as part of their existing ATS subscription.
Is HirePort secure enough for our enterprise customers?
Yes. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, EU data residency, and penetration tested.
Do agencies need to change how they work, or need access to the ATS?
Agencies work from the HirePort portal or will soon connect from their own CRM - Bullhorn, Loxo, Vincere etc. They never touch your ATS directly, so there's nothing for your customers to roll out or train on.
