In the Netherlands, where our presence is particularly strong, we serve more than 60 cities with approximately 480 locations, including 54 park-and-ride sites and 220 residents' car parks.
As our operations grew, it became clear that we needed to bring more structure to our recruitment process. With multiple staffing agencies supporting different locations and no central system in place, Tessa, HR, found herself spending an excessive amount of time simply tracking basic information.
"We had no ATS. It was really the old-fashioned way—email, phone, Excel,” Tessa explains. “I had nearly a full-time job just monitoring where everything was and how long agencies were taking with each vacancy.

Challenges
No system, no control
“We’re spread across the entire country, with more than 150 locations occasionally involved in recruitment,” Tessa recalls.
“In 2023, we made the decision to professionalize our recruitment process and started by implementing Recruitee as our ATS. It quickly became clear, however, that collaboration with recruitment agencies was not as efficient or effective within Recruitee as we had hoped. Both Q-Park and our partner agencies lacked a clear overview and a shared dashboard to collaborate smoothly. As a result, a significant amount of manual effort was still required, something that did not align with our ambition to professionalize. That’s when we chose to partner with HirePort."
